Sub-Processors
ITVA maintains a list of sub-processors that assist in the delivery of our services. A sub-processor is a third-party entity engaged by ITVA to process customer data on behalf of our customers.
Each ITVA customer is provisioned a dedicated, isolated instance hosted in a region of their choosing. No customer shares infrastructure with another, and data between customers is never intertwined. This architecture ensures complete tenant isolation at every layer of the stack.
The following table identifies the sub-processors currently authorized by ITVA, including the purpose of their engagement and the region in which processing occurs.
| Sub-Processor | Purpose | Region |

| Amazon Web Services | Cloud infrastructure hosting for dedicated customer instances, databases, and storage | United States |
| BetterStack | Infrastructure uptime monitoring and centralized log management | United States |
| OpenAI | AI-powered conversational chat, automated summarization, and report generation | United States |
| Redis Labs | Managed caching and asynchronous job queue processing | United States |
| SendGrid | Transactional and operational email delivery | United States |
| Sentry | Application error tracking and performance monitoring | United States |
